We're back in the office! Our team is ready and excited to work with you. 

To ensure the safety of our team and the families we work with, we are following all recommendations regards social distancing, use of face masks, and disinfecting. We expect to open our showroom to visitors within the coming weeks, by appointment only. We are currently not accepting home consultation requests.

Customers with current orders will be receiving frequent updates from us as this situation progresses.

What items are available to ship right now?

Our Essentials Collection is in stock and ready to ship! That includes the Cabina Bunk Bed, Cabina Daybed, and Cabina Trundle Bed. We are processing all Essentials orders as quickly as we can and will send UPS tracking info promptly. 

 

Will my order by delayed?

Orders from the Essentials Collection will continue to be processed and shipped as quickly as our team can. Extended delivery times may occur as UPS is experiencing impacts. You can read more about UPS’s service update here.

 

If I am in Brooklyn can I pick-up my order?

At this time our Brooklyn showroom is closed to the public and we cannot accommodate pick ups.

 

Can I order from the Brooklyn Collection?

Yes! Orders from our Brooklyn Collection have an extended lead time at the moment. Depending on the size of your project our lead time has been extended to 14-16 weeks while we work through a backlog of orders.

 

Is Casa Kids taking custom orders?

Yes! Our team is ready to assist you in creating your perfect custom piece. We’re available to talk via email, phone call, or live chat. Our team is also offering remote consultations; we hope to be opening our showroom in the coming weeks.
