White Glove Delivery
Our third party delivery company will call you the week of your delivery to pick a date and time. Please make sure someone is home to receive them.
Pro-tip: scheduling your delivery early in the day allows for a less rushed assembly.
After confirming your delivery date with the Casa Kids team it's time to prepare for your installation. Before the team can install our office will need a sample of the certificate of insurance. Also please make sure the room is cleared so our crew can easily assemble.
Help Us Prepare
To make sure our crew can quickly and easily install your new furniture please let us know beforehand the following:
Is there a separate freight entrance we can use? Will the elevator be available the day of?Are there any stairs our crew will have to use to access your home? Are there outlets or a ceiling fan in the room that might be obstructed by the furniture?Does the room have carpeting?
Although we love seeing how excited children are to use their new rooms, it is important to remember that an installation is an active work zone. This means there may be various tools being used that could potentially be of hazard to yourself or children. We advise steering clear of the zone until our crew gives you the green light that they have completed.
Once we leave your home, it's time for the Casa Kids team to get to work. We'll be creating scale floor plans, sketches, and renderings for you to review. Once those are created we'll send you a proposal and detailed estimated cost.
Should any issues arise during the installation or you would like to modify any aspect of the design, please contact the Casa Kids office directly. We'll be happy to help you find a fast and easy solution to your concerns. Reach us at (718) 694-0272.
Moving? We can help you disassemble
If you're moving and need help moving your Casa Kids furniture, we can send our team out to take care of it. We will carefully take apart the furniture, store all hardware in labeled boxes and wrap the pieces in parts that can be easily transported. Call the office for more information.
