Our Dumbo Loft Bed Low is the ideal transitional bed for a child who has outgrown their crib but is still too young for a full-height loft bed.
The bed rests on two low bookshelves and has adjacent stairs that not only increase the unit’s storage capacity with built-in drawers but also makes it easier for the young child to climb in and out of the bed. It also features a hand rail (sold separately) with cut-outs for increased safety.
As the child gets older, the Dumbo Low Loft bed can be raised into a full-height loft bed by stacking the low bookshelves onto one side and having an adjustable desk on the other.
This kids low loft bed exemplifies the longevity and modularity of our pieces as it transforms to adapt to the child's needs. The clearance below the bed is 28”.
