Our lead time on Brooklyn Collection products is between 12-18 weeks. This depends on the size of the project and the time of year.

Because most of our products are made to order it is difficult for us to have products in stock at our showroom. 

At times we do carry pieces from the Essentials Collection in the showroom. If you'd like to pick something up please give us a call beforehand to see if it's available that day.

We prefer a ceiling height of 8' 3". You want at least 3' from the top mattress to the ceiling. But don't worry, we can customize the height of your loft bed if you have low ceilings.

We guarantee our work for ten years. We have been doing the same type of furniture, with the same materials for more than twenty years, so we have had the chance to see how strong our furniture is and how well it ages.

Our Brooklyn Collection is made right at our Red Hook, Brooklyn workshop by our team of woodworking specialists. At our shop we can create custom pieces unique to your needs. Everything from our Brooklyn Collection is made to order and has a varying lead time depending on the size of the project.

The Essentials Collection is our ready made furniture line. It consists of the basics needed for in your home. Manufactured in Europe, the Essentials ships flat packed through UPS ground allowing us to offer it at a lower price point than our Brooklyn made collection. Essentials has no customizing options, each product is available in a beautiful birch finish with white accents. Please be sure to check each products specifications before purchasing to avoid any mistakes.

Within the Brooklyn Collection, we have both standard and custom projects. Both of these types of projects carry a 8-12 week lead time and are made to order.

Standard projects are our furniture pieces ordered without any customization to them. Options available on each product page are standard.

Custom projects, while sometimes based off some of our standard products, feature customizations made to the piece that are not typically available. These are customizations you'd have to speak with our team about directly.  Some examples of customizations are adjusting the dimensions to a product, ordering a piece with custom colors like blue, or having us make a piece that isn't listed on our website.

Additionally, the Essentials Collection is always standard and ships within a week of order.

Absolutely! We can replicate any custom piece for you. Just let us know which piece by emailing us with the name of the room or filling out the room form.

We do not. Slides can be dangerous when attached to beds and your child's safety is our top concern.

We prefer to create a neutral environment and let the children's imagination take them places. To really maximize the longevity of our products, we keep our designs clean and simple. So that when your child grows out of a certain phase, their furniture will remain timeless.
