Two sisters share a room.
This twin-over-full design is popular with families who host frequent guests. The full-size lower bed is perfect for sleepovers or visiting grandparents (as a child migrates to share the upper twin bunk or the trundle bed below). The full-size bed also lends itself well to parents who want to lay in bed and read to or comfort their child without contorting their adult-sized bodies into kid-sized spaces. The bed also features a trundle for added sleeping space.
We centered this unit along the wall to accommodate existing niches and molding, building shelving space into the existing spaces.
This custom desk, left of the bed, features ample storage space, as well as a cable management system beneath the desktop that wards off clutter by keeping all wires and surge protectors off the floor.
The shelving and loft stairs to the right of the beds were designed to align perfectly with the existing niches, and provide plenty of space for display and storage. The loft stairs double as drawers.
